It was a bright, partially, cloudy Saturday. As a coalition of men and Women, marched against the war on women in Boise Idaho. The crowd, estimated to be under 1,000 people, according to organizer Lindsey Rinehart. Marched on the Idaho Statehouse, in protest against Mandatory Ultrasound bills in Legislatures across The United States. In the State of Idaho, Chuck Winder, the sponsor of The Mandatory Ultrasound Legislation within the state's Legislature. Had said on the subject of rape, and the sponsored bill,
“Rape and incest was used as a reason to oppose this," Winder said on the Senate floor. "I would hope that when a woman goes in to a physician with a rape issue, that physician will indeed ask her about perhaps her marriage, was this pregnancy caused by normal relations in a marriage or was it truly caused by a rape. I assume that's part of the counseling that goes on.” According to The Idaho Legislature's Website. This was how Legislators voted in The Idaho State Senate. The Marchers in Idaho, marched from The Anne Frank Memorial to The Idaho Statehouse.
In the State of Colorado, Marchers were rallying against a constitutional amendment to the Colorado State Constitution. Placing an Anti-Abortion Personhood measure into State Constitutional law.
In The State of Missouri, a promotional video was launched for the march before the event.
In Missouri, it was over House Bill 213 would ban abortion after the 20th week of pregnancy, and would require two physicians to confirm that the proper exemption requirements are met to perform an abortion after 20 weeks (the only exemption is to save the life of the mother).
In North Carolina, no legislation has been put forward mandating ultrasounds. A fetal homicide bill exists, however, it excludes abortion providers. A rally took place in Raleigh-Durham in support of Women's Rights and Ending The War on Women.
Split within the Libertarian Movement
Among Libertarians, a split is in place on the subject of Birth Control and Abortion. Pro-Choice Libertarians argue that Government should not even be involved in the debate. Even adding that no one should be forced to pay for it, and that no one should denied the opportunity to obtain it. According to one source within The Idaho Libertarian Party. He stated of the issue, "If you support this legislation, you support backalley abortions." He was speaking of what he called, "Unintended consequences of a Government Mandate on Women's Healthcare.

Meanwhile, Libertarians on the other side of the issue, are saying that such measures will protect the child's life.
