Monsanto Corporation purchases Sustainable Agriculture and Biotechnology companies in the 3rd Quarter of 2013

The two primary goals of the company, before the purchase by Monsanto, was this, "Agradis is an agricultural biotechnology company formed in 2011 to improve the sustainability and efficiency of crop production agriculture.
