Fact Check: Does the City of Boise include online records requests in its website instructions?

Does, the City of Boise include Electronic Submission for Records Requests in its website instructions? According to the City of Boise's website, this is what was said about how to obtain Public Records, "All Requests can be made directly to the City Department responsible for the record in writing. If you do not know which department is responsible for the record, you can submit the request directly to the Office of the City Clerk. First, click on the Public Request Form electronic submittal link and fill it out. Then hit submit.
