Idaho State Office of Performance Evaluations directed to study Water Quality Measures within the State

A report on Water Quality standards is set to be released this month according to the Idaho Office of Performance Evaluations website. In a letter signed by Chairmen of Three Environmental Oversight Committees on March 8th of last year, they said;

Addressing the subject of Water Quality standards it states;
At the end of the letter, it would later talk about a program called, "Water Quality Pollutant Trading."
Addressing the scope of the study, The Office of Performance Evaluations writes;

"In March 2013 the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee directed us to evaluate opportunities to optimize water quality programs. Specifically, the chairs of the three Senate and House resources and environment committees, who requested this evaluation, wanted to understand the challenges in determining appropriate water quality standards and implementing a program for the trading of pollutant reductions in Idaho."

The evaluation was set to address questions relating to Sustainable Water Quality Pollutant Trading, along with, other topics.
The study itself is currently labeled under "Reports in Progress" according to the Performance Evaluations Website.
